Frequently asked questions

Is this safe for people with anxiety or health conditions?

We screen every participant before the session. If you have a heart condition, blood pressure concerns, or severe anxiety, we'll talk through whether this is right for you. Our facilitators adjust the experience to your comfort level. No one is forced into anything.

What if I can't handle the cold?

You go at your own pace. The breathwork preparation before the ice bath helps your body settle. Our facilitators are beside you the whole time. If you need to step out, you step out.

What actually happens in a session?

A short talk on how cold immersion works, a guided breathwork round to prepare your nervous system, some light movement, and then the ice bath itself. The whole session runs 20 to 30 minutes.

What if I don't feel anything?

Everyone responds differently. Some people feel a shift right away. Others notice it in their sleep or stress levels over the following days. Your facilitator will teach you what to pay attention to.

Can I book this for a group or event?

Yes. We run weekly sessions at OCA Collective in BGC, but we also bring guided sessions to birthdays, corporate events, marathons, and private venues. Contact us and tell us what you need.
