How it works
Breathwork prepares your body.
Controlled breathing slows your heart rate and signals safety to your brain. You learn techniques you can repeat on your own.


Cold Immersion activates your stress response on purpose.
You sit in cold water, guided and supported. Your system learns it can handle discomfort and return to calm.


Rest lets your body catch up.
After each session, you warm up, breathe easy, and let things settle. Your body does the work when you give it room.

Naz Nekoudast
A multi-style yoga and mobility teacher, breathwork coach, and arm-balance enthusiast with a physics and design background, blending anatomy, quantum physics concepts, and mindful movement into creative, safe class experiences.
Grounded in science
Our curriculum draws from polyvagal theory and respiratory physiology. Everything we teach you has a reason behind it, and we can explain why every technique works.

We screen every participant. Our facilitators are trained to read the room and adjust. No one is forced into the cold, and you build up at your own pace.
