Frequently asked questions

Is this safe for people with anxiety or health conditions?

We screen every participant before the session. If you have a heart condition, blood pressure concerns, or severe anxiety, we'll talk through whether this is right for you. Our facilitators adjust the experience to your comfort level. No one is forced into anything.

What if I can't handle the cold?

Not every masterclass involves cold immersion. If yours does, you build up gradually with guided breathwork first. Our facilitators are beside you the whole time. If you need to step out, you step out.

Can I learn anything meaningful in one session?

Yes. Each masterclass goes deep on a single topic. You leave with the science behind the practice and techniques you can use on your own. If you want to go further, Sagara also offers multi-day retreats and a full facilitator certification program.

What if I don't feel anything?

Breathwork and cold immersion affect everyone differently. Some people feel a shift in the first ten minutes. Others notice changes in their sleep or stress levels over the following days. We teach you what to pay attention to so you can track your own response.
